nice work! ive done something similar, but not to drive bays, i did it to the plastic bezel, and to the side paned, and actually, im gonna have to wire in an 80 infront of my 80gb hdd, that thing is starting to get way to hot(like 125F) right now i got a fan ziptied to the power connector blowing air(hopefully) around it, i got a sheet of 5mm plexiglass and got that as the side panel, got 2 120mm fans in it, (one over cpu, one over gfx card) then a notch 2mm deep all the way around and even the fox logo in the middle of it, so when i light the case up, the light lights up the notches and show up pretty nice(did it with a dremil and a router attachment^_^)
