Overclock Nvidia 5700LE

Hi, i have a 256MB 5700LE. It came with a "Safe overclocking" program. If i change the mhz....will it make a noticeable difference when i play games? Whats the most i should/can overclock it too?

i dont wanna touch that with a 1000000000000(u get the point) foot pole....but if you want my opinion, yea kinda, but do it at your own risk, and at small increases, try it, then if you want, and temp is still low, you can go up some more, i will not be held responsible for a fried card

i made the core clock 400mhz and the memory 275mhz. haven't really noticed a difference. so should i put it back to the default settings? or should i keep going higher?
