what is this? Internet not connect

heys guys hope you will help me with this ...

i encounter with this problem when i install panda antivirus titanium 2004 in my pc ...

in that time when i activate my soft. by puting the code .. its not contacting the panda server... it says im not connect with the internet ..

when i check the internet its quite working good cause i can surf with my explorer ..

anybody emcounter same problem with me.. i want to activate my soft so that i can update daily my panda.. my pc direct connect to the ADSL line..

Do you have a firewall of any kind? If so, disable it. Also see if you have any form of internet filtering program, if so disable it.

firewall yup i disableit already..

filtering from the internet hmmm where can i find that ..

... bcoz when i try to update my version it says could noit connect to server check if the port is close.. it says..

hmm what does it mean...

plss need help..
