Conroe Prices?

I was away for a week and came back and noticed Conroe was being sold on newegg. Arent these prices like 100 bucks over what they were suppose to be? Like 6600 for $460 instead of like $330-$360?

Are you talking about the amd quad-core? Because i know that the intels quad core is called kentsfield, i've seen benchmarks of them on xtremesystems and there getting like 5500 cpu score on 3dmark06.
