Which ram would i be better off with?

I'd like to either a gig or 2 gigs of DDR2 PC6400 ram. I have 2 choices. If i stick with one gigabyte, i would go with this one:

However, i could also get the 2 gigs but they wouldn't be as good:

I'm wondering, how do these two compare and which one should i go for. I would probably add another gig sooner or laterif i was to get just one gig now.

Get this model from Newegg:

Twin2X2048-6400C4

I just recived mine, its as good [or better] than this HyperX and also better than the ones you wanted there.

If you want a better overclocker though [although the twin2x2048-6400c4 are great overclockets, they reach to 1.2ghz or so of ram on 5cas..] then go with the Mushkin eXtreme Performance 2 6400 [XP2-6400] sticks....

I guess i won't be getting that then...lol. I have just one problem though, the website you showed me doesn't deliver to Canada i don't think. I'll try and see if tigerdirect has it here in canada.
