Is my cpu over clockable?

I run a Intel pentium 4 2.8 gghz, my system is liquid cooled. What would a safe (limited damage) overclocking speed.

A program called CPU-Z will tell you.

If you dont know how to check your hardware would you really want to risk your computer? Read a FEW (more then 1) tutorials on ocing and what temps are good and bad. I would suggest that bf doing any alteration in bios.
