AMD Athlon 64 Overclocks Post here!!

old 3200+ venice @ 2.5ghz

current proc is x2 3800 @ 2.5ghz i can definitly hit higher than that if i have better cooling.

Whoaaaa. Is that STABLE? I've never seen an A64 like that above 3GHz and stable.

those are pretty good results, i wonder how are the temperatures, mine went up 2 or 3 degrees.

I wish It was more of a "suicide" run, I stuck a huge fan in the side of my case, which kept temps down nicely, and got it up to 3.08, but couldnt run superpi. I usually keep it at 2.9 @ ~1.55 and that's stable.

my highest temp on my last 6+ hour prime95 was 43c. But as soon as I get it to 2.8ghz it wants more vcore...I put it at 1.525 and 2.8 still wasn't stable...and for a puter I use daily I don't want to go over 1.525vcore
