My solution for the dead pixel problem is to buy locally even if it is a little more expensive. This is important with the cheaper LCDs that are more likely to have dead pixels. This way if you have a dead pixel or dont like the screen, you can always return it for another one.

ya I got my LCD from staples, it was 20 instant rebate, and 50 online instant rebate. It is a NEC 19 inch

have had it for about 9 months w no dead pixels. hope it stays that way

nice...yes i definetly want to see you take a hammer, pen, whatever or sick some 2 yearold with a screwdriver at it!!! that would be hilarous, just say u got it with a screwdriver stuck in the box ^_^
