If you're going for 1gb of ram, get 2x512 instead of a single stick.

if overclocking is what you're looking for, under a budget, then the DFI Infinity nF ultraII m2 is your answer, 100$ and its worth way more anyway


If not, then that gigabyte will do you better, its probably easier to work with but not agreat overclocker.

no.. i'd recommend getting the single stick.. so later on you can get 2 gigs in dual channel

im going with the 1 gig stick for now and then later when i have more $$ ill get a second stick, ive still got to save up for a video card

im looking for a mobo that will be very stable and to do a bit of overclocking nothing to extereme. ive been hearing so many stories about ram issues. does the dfi support sli?
