And I see they used alluminum in it which is not so good

Gaara the 7950GX2 was made for quad SLI. In any case, 2 cards fit in one slot so if you have 2 of them in SLI its quad SLI. See? I dont see the use of just getting one of these.

Yup, and they don't use aluminum. The new block should be released any day now.

The waterblock is made of aluminium, cooper and stainless stell

Sounds like a recipe for disaster.
