i'm just wondering where i can find the document for my system board i have a pentium 4 computer my system board model is p4-sd520 and i want to know who makes that system board and what is their web site.

Just a model number won't help. Download CPU-Z, run it, and look at the manufacturer in the Mainboard tab. Then, try to Google for it again.
