i have a pdf file i want top change some of the wording o n the pdf file but how do i do that?

PDFCreator... Copy info out to a ms doc and recreate pdf. done

huh? im lost how do i do that?

lol... You need to download and install PDFCreator. Then copy the info out of the original document, paste it into a word document, then modify whatever you want to modity, then save it. Then you can right click it and make it into a PDF file using the PDFCreator.
