this pops us whenever i try to install/uninstall new programs and this annoyed me for the longest time. i have no idea what to do, any suggestions?

There's no information about this file on the Internet, so what version of Windows are you using and what type of software are you trying to uninstall and install? Sound like you could use some spyware and virus scanning.

i suggest reformatting the HD, maybe........just my thought

i am using XP pro and a program called gamedrive is automatically uninstalling when i start my comp. and i have tried scanning for viruses and spyware
