PC Parts, Repair/Upgrade ... Please help

Ok, so I had my PC go out back in June, motherboard died, so I was gonna do some upgrading anyways at that time and now the repair is part of the combo. Here is what I have that will be carrying over.

Case
450 Watt PSU
Socket 939 AMD64 3800+ San Diego Core
1GB (2x 512) PC 3200 Corsair XMS Cas2 RAM
SB Audigy 2ZS
2x 36 GB 10,000 RPM Raptors (for raid 0 of course)
dvd and dvd rw drives


So.... I need:

Mobo
Vid Card


and am also getting:
74GB Raptor
1GB (2x 512) PC 3200 Corsair XMS Cas2 RAM

Here is the deal. Everything needs to be from Newegg.com, and I was leaning towards an SLI Mobo and nice Nvidia card that I can throw in now and have the option to add a second later. Looking for stability when it comes to the mobo, OCing is not a priority to me. All suggestions are welcome. I have about $400 to spend between the Mobo and vid card. Thanks!

If you are a hard core gamer like me.. I would shoot for a 7800 gt

Just Remember that After you Install the New components you will have to boot off your XP Disc and run a repair install.

I will be doing a fresh install.... What I am looking at doing is using the 74gb Raptor for OS installation and the 2x36GB Raptors in RAID 0 as the 2nd drive. I have a 150GB 7200 RPM USB drive I use for storage on my network that I share with my fiance.
