changing themes

well i keep trying to change my theme but it like barley changes... it like changed half way LOL like the color is right and everything but then the task bar doesnt even change

oh im gettin the theme off my friend and u want the picture of the icon so i can show u what im using?

tell me where your friend gets the themes from and ask him if he uses a 3rd party software (another program) to install them
