Dell support/customer service is about the worst I've ever come across. I bought an Inspiron 5150 laptop several years ago and that's the last thing from Dell I'll ever purchase. (except maybe their monitors and stuff)

If you want to buy and machine and not build it, at least go to Monarchcomputers.com and do a custom job... it'll cost a little more but you get to pick all the parts that go in it...

don't man, this setup for example, would blow that one away in any benchmark, is $1070 or 820 without a video card, has a digital monitor, a fancy dvd burner (that dell didn't), 2 gigs, a 7900 gt! This would actually be worth $1000 cuz it would last a while
