Videocard tweaks...

I'm getting my new X800GTO today, and I was wondering if there are any tweaks I can do to make it as fast as possible. I believe it has the 4 extra pipes unlocked from the factory. And I'm not OC'ing until I get a better cooler.

Does anyone know of any X800-related tweaks/tips to make it faster?

oh man i was considering getting that card because ofthe locked otherpipelines. im pretty sure its just a flash that does it. although im not sure.

Everyone on Newegg said the Sapphire Retail version had 16 pipelines out of the box. So, hopefully it does.

maybe, but couldnt you unlock 4 more and make it 20?

No. Originally it has 12 pipelines. I believe Sapphire has unlocked the 4 pipelines, giving it 16 pipelines, because everyone was doing it anyhow.

ooooh hmmm, i heard that the x800GTO's are just basically a higher end card with some pipelines locked up to make it cheaper, but then again why would ati just unlock them for you?
