Please Help! Windows keeps rebooting!

yeah i think that's what i'm gonna do, because I think it's some type of software problem (possibly a virus?) becuase now I got into windows for a few seconds before it rebooted. I'm gonna try reinstalling windows.

Anyway once you are done use the link I gave you here [ http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=81429 ] and install the newest drivers for your cpu, it can sometimes help a great deal to performance.

Either way, please report to me of how well did reinstalling work for you.

the first two possiblitys he brings up are not completley impossible to be your problem.. though unlikley they are.

well i read that link after I deleted my windows partition, but it doesn't matter because i don't think it was any of those things. I'll let ya know how things go once windows is reinstalled. thanks for your help!

edit: Well I reinstalled windows and everything seems to be working fine so far. Now I just have to waste my day re-installing drivers. I'll update you if anything changes.
