www.geeks.com can be good if you're looking for stuff that's a little older or refurbed, some new stuff has good pricing as well. They can also have great deals on barebones.
I've bought from Newegg, Tigerdirect, and Geeks.com, all have been very good. Newegg is definitely my most often used site.
