MY FIRST PC, Please help

OK so Im new to PC building and have been shoping and reading for about 2 weeks and I think I finally have something that can work, please tell me if the parts are compatible, or if there is something better.

I have 4,000 dollars to spend and will use all of it.

I already bought my intel core 2 duo 6700

I also need a recomendation for a good sound system and case and cooling system

BTW I will be overclocking and this PC is for ultimate GAMING

If you want and I qoute "Utilmate gamming" then go AMD not intel.
And since you have a 4K budget I sugest having the raptors in RAID 0 and having this Drive
as storage.

I thought that the new intel core 2 duo was better then AMD athlon 64 fx(which is for gaming?) Well eather way I Already bought my Intel core 2 duo so Im building my computer around that.
