Video Card

I'd like to buy a decent card but i'm on a VERY tight budget.

However, i don't know too much about video cards and i think a lot of you would have better suggestions. Everything i'm getting is at the website.... www.tigerdirect.ca so you'll have to choose from there. I can't spend more than $200 unfortunately.

Also, if i was to get the one i gave as an example, would it be able to run the newest games, and if so, on what settings?

You should be able to run most games on medium/high depending on your resolution
