ICQ 5.1 Taskbar Button

I'm running ICQ 5.1 on Windows XP, and I'm having a minor annoyance with it. So far, I haven't found any way to make ICQ appear as a Taskbar Button, like AIM and MSN do. While it's not a huge problem, it gets annoying having to use the mouse to bring up my contacts list since I can't Alt + Tab to it without it being a Taskbar Button. Is there any way to solve this problem? I've searched the menus up and down, but I haven't found any built in way to make it a Taskbar Button, unless I'm missing something obvious. Thanks to anyone who can help.
