motherboard and case problem?

I am building a computer paycheck by paycheck they first thing i bought was the case

aspire x cruiser steel atx case fits main atx boards then it mention dimensions of 11"x 12"



i am buying an asus a8n-sli premium socket 939 nvidia nforced sli atx amd motherboard its dimesions are 12"x 9.5"

will my motherboard fit my case?

if your case says it will hold atx that mobo is atx so yes
