I Don't know what graphic card to get

Well, im kind of confused on how to use this calculator that you sent me...

Ignore the right hand side.

Select your processor, and the 7600GS. Add one stick of RAm (unless you know you have more - CPUZ will also tell you how many you have.)

Add how many DVD and CD drives you have and one 7200rpm IDE hdd.

It tells me the recommended PSU wattage is 187W..

is that a good thing or a bad thing?

It is good. Means your electricity bill isn't as high as mine, and that you can get that graphics card.
