ATA 100/133 Question

My new 160gb ata133 harddrive is running at a questionable speed. My motherboard supports Ata 133 and says the harddrive is running at that speed. However when I run AIDA in windows is says the active transfer rate is only ATA 100, while the max transfer rate is ATA 133.... So, is AIDA wrong, or is windows causing this problem?? Any help would be nice.

ok thanks. I check it with Nero. I'm getting about 57 MB/s. So I'm pretty happy about it.
