enabling call waiting on xp home

does anyone know how i can answer my home phone on dial up with on xp home when i had xp pro it let me know whether to answer a call or ignore does xp home have this if not is there anything on the internet i can download to have this feature i dont care if it dissconnects puter

skype has a usb adapter to let you use the phone on a pc
