to solder something is usually to join two electronic things together, and form a conductive route.
for example a wire to another wire, or a wire to a resistor etc..

anyway, when you solder, you melt a metal (usually either silver, or a combination of lead and tin) at relatively low temperatures with a soldering iron (a device with a tip that heats up) and join the two things together with this melted metal.

I used one to modify my 7900 GT, so I could get it to 750MHZ

I think he means that the little plastic plug thing on end of the power switch cable got pulled off. Go find an old power switch, cut the end of the cable off, and solder that to the wire from your current power switch.

EDIT: Wait... Is this what you mean? Please describe it a little better

okay so there are 2 jumper wires for the switch, one orange and one white. does it matter wich ones get soldered to wich spot? here ill take a pic

conductive pen if u dotn want to solder. Im sure u can somehow get the conductive pen to write on the wires.
