Ya, go to http://www.fearpenguins.com/fp2003/article.php?12.0 and register a name. You just upload a picture and they turn it into the ".wad" file that CS recognizes sprays with. After that, just replace the old .wad file with the new one FearPenguins created for you. Read all the instructions on the site, because the spray might not show up for a little while the server loads it. Have fun!
