warning!cpu has been changed or cpu ratio has been changed fail. please re-enter cpu settings in cmos setup and remember to save before quitting

You tried to overclock and it failed, it's telling you that the mobo reset itself to the defualt settings... no big deal, you just have to go into the bios again and make your changes.
