MONITOR
Will probably be a 20.1" - 21" ViewSonic or Samsung widescreen. [Any known complications w/ widescreens and that video card?]

Only problem is the one IDE slot on that mobo up there.. with 2 optical drives and my old 80GB HD that takes IDE only, I'd have to choose. Oh well. Getting closer!

Any reason for the ATI nudge? I hear Nvidia usually runs into less issues than ATI as far as widescreens are concerned.ow's Hmm, I'm not planning on running SLI btw. This one seems to be doing well:

Everything looks great.

I'm not quite sure about Samsung though. Unlike the others, their monitors are manufactured in Korea. So their quality may be questionable, to say at the least.

But if you don't mind taking the extra risk, then I don't see any reason why you shouldn't buy one, considering their very cheap prices and all.
