need help building a gaming pc

hi guys

i'm new here and i need some help building my gaming pc. This will be used ONLY for gaming. I have around £2000-£3000 to spend on the pc with no monitor, keyboard, mouse or anything else. I am then going to network this with my apple mac dual 2ghz g5

since more of an AMD fan, id gow with the AMD system but the FX 51 out performs the pentium easily.

Holy cow do you have money to spend Want a best friend??

I'd go with the AMD system, but instead of a FX-51, I'd get hte much faster FX-53, it's less than the EE and out performs it in gaming

You also might want to look at Corsair or OCZ RAM, instead of GEiL unless GEiL sells registered sets for less

Also maybe look at the next generation of video cards like the 6800 Ultra rather than the 9800XT.... If that breaks your budget than get the FX-51 and see if you can fit the 6800Ultra in then because in gaming the video card makes the difference
