Yeah so I've decided to finally build decent a PC. I will be using it mostly for watching DVD's, burning DVD's, encoding lots of video files, and some moderate gaming. My budget is around 300-400$ so this is what i have so far. I need your guys input to tell me if these are good parts or if not, and suggestions on what to get.

Motherboard: Mach Speed MK8-939A
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Clawhammer
Memory: 1GB (2x512) Ultra PC3200
Hard Drive: Seagate 160GB SATA-II
Optical Drives: Lite-On DVD+-RW Drive
Video Card: ??? Not sure yet...
Generic Case and 350W Power Supply

I am also having trouble deciding on what video card to get. For right now I'm considering an XFX GeForce 6500 128MB PCI-E, but I'm not sure how good it is. If anyone can help point me in the right direction of a good video card for around $50 it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot!

Newegg has an Athlon 64 3500+ for $97. That's if you can't buy from Monarch Computers.

The video card looks good for mild gaming, as you stated.
