i currently have 56.64 and when i right click on an .avi file, an option that the bottom of the list "play on my tv" appears. Not that i want this option, but when i click on it, nothing happens. anyway i can remove this option from the right click menu? thanks

Are you sure this is realted to nVidia drivers? I've used 56.64 and I never got that menu option. But anyway, to remove right click menu entries go into your registry editor. Go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers and you should see a list to options that have been added to your right click menu. Delete or slightly alter the ones you dont want and that should solve your problem. Back up your registry first in case something goes wrong.

it may be a windows xp option, but when i uninstall the nvidia drivers, the menu option goes away. i've just recently upgraded to xp from 2000 and i never saw that option in 2000

i looked in the registry and couldnt find a key for that menu option. anything else?
