Free Flash SWF To FLA Converter

i found this program on google, and i would like to tell everyone about it. tell me if for some reason its not good or something. its in spanish, but it is still easy to export flash files and edit them in flash pro.

looks ok but i cant find a good use for it. by the way ther is a sticky of freeware's in this forum so next time you find some good free software post there.
