ello, ive been having some problems with my os and internet recently, ive fixed most but the one thing i cant fix is the fact that certain xp programs are sucking up my processor power. for example the explorer file is constantly using up 50 - 80 % of my 2ghz processor

this is seriously lagging my comp as u can imagine.

help plz?

i have kazza lite, msn, norton fire wall n anti virus running in my task bar

ive read a post similar to mine asking for the proccess running so im going to post that aswell

the problem has also changed a bit, now instead of explorer its scvhost the one in the LOCAL SERVICE catagory, ive got a home network running through ethernet if that is at all relevent.
