I need help deleting these files! big problem

that doesnt work it only goes back in terms of system settings and stuff, it doesnt recover any files. because ive tried it already

dude besides reformatting ur hard drive i really dont know of anything else u could damge ur hard drive and make it look like an accident but i think ur gonna get caught with porn

tune up utilites has a secure deletion method at the main menu click file recovery and destruction then click tune up shredder. that worx trust me set the overwrite times to 500 or something since you want no one to see what you have been looking at and stop looking at porn and you wont have this problem.

Well i find most of these "witty" comments quite truthfull and funny indeed! I'll go even further by believing that the porn you previously possessed was quite dodgy...

Anyway to the point now. The answer is quite simple. Although there is no utility i currently know doing what you are asking here is my way:

1. Use undelete to recover specific "porn" files ;-)
2. Then use a wipe program utility to shred the files. One i can think of now is the 12Ghosts wash utility...

Well there is a application called Eraser which makes several passes over the area where the files were stored on the HDD which in turn completely gets rid of them since they have been written over.

A good shredder app is also CWShredder.

To the point. What ever dodgy files you dont this "person" to see, dont download them in the first place. Simple solution to a simple problem.

Eraser deletes ALL files that are "deleted" by cleaning the "System Volume Information Folder" (not usually accesable under windows) so there is NO data that can be recovered!
