video card troubles HELP

Hey I just got Morrowind: Oblivion and it didn't work and come to find out I need a better video card I've got a list of one that will support it but I don't know if they'll work in my computer

Considering he said that list is a "bunch of random words and crap," i doubt he knows.

Banker: Go to www.google.com Search for CPU-Z. Download and install it (it's a tiny program, don't worry about the size, you can also easily remove it later). Open it up, and click the "Motherboard" tab. Press the "PrtScn" (or Print Screen) button on your keyboard. Open MS Paint, go to edit>paste. Then File>Save and save it. Name does not matter. Remember where you saved it though, i suggest the desktop. Go to www.imageshack.us and click "Browse." Find that picture you just saved, double click it, then click "Host." Post the bottom-most link here.
