Docking Windows

I've been wondering if there's a software I'd be able to use that would dock my windows, (For example: the docking abilities of Trillian windws or Winamp)...

I'd assume one of Object Desktop components would do so but I currently dont have their softwares.

im currently using windows blinds which doesnt dock the windows.

Like winamp, they dock their windows when you put the their window close to the edge of the screen so that it doesn't really past that point.

I want to get that effect on all my generic windows such as windows explorer, etc.
