can yoou think of a more affordable solution? do all of htese parts work well together/workatalltogether?

easier way to save money?

any suggestions to help me save money and have the best system i can have with around 500 bucks will be nice =)

That video card is crap, lemme see if I can build you a $500 system on NewEgg that will beat that. In fact, I know I can.

Gimme a few minutes.

You could play CS:S on max settings, Doom 3 on high settings. UT2k4 on max settings.

Wheras with that Radeon 9550, you wouldn't even be able to play Doom 3, lol, well in my book you wouldn't be able to. And CS:S MAYBE on medium-low settings.

This one I put together is like 4 or 5 times faster. :)

Nah, just put it together yourself. Not a big deal, screw some screws in, plug the cards in and install the OS and you're good to go.

And I just looked, and a slower (way slow) setup was like $455, and it's in a huge case with unneeded space.

Then again, I don't know much about pre-built computers so maybe there are more options.

i meant trying to prebuild it using one of those websites or tigerdirect. just meant is newegg the cheapest when it comes to individual parts

For me it is. Do you live in the United States?

I always order my parts from NewEgg. Unless they are really expensive parts, then I go to ZipZoomFly.com because they don't charge Californians sales tax. :)

But yeah, for all intensive purposes, NewEgg is the best. :D
