Any Ideas on slowing down performance?

I need a quick way to temporarily downgrade the performance of a computer (I am serious!). I already intentionally downloaded spyware and since this computer has SpeedStep, i brought it down from 1.06 ghz to 496 mhz....I also disabled graphics acceleration...anyone have any more ideas to slow it down?...I need ideas fast! TY!

download the program moslo... it drops the steps. Dont know how it'll react with speedstep, though.

use the bare minimum of ram.

could do that, but moslo is MUCH easier. Its designed to make older programs run normal and not run like they're on speed.
