Just bought a geforce 7600GT

i know the 7600GT isnt that far ahead of the radeon i had but its definatly a better performer, as soon as i booted Hitman blood money up it all seemed faster like when i moved the mouse its much smoother and effects seem better aswell, very impressed with it

oh and 30mins and counting, still no flicker since changing refresh rate

You need to use a driver cleaner and remove all ATI embedded drivers. That could help as those files could cause issues. Run it, then update yourself to the latest nvidia drivers.
