regdll.dll

Hello and hope you can help. I am wanting to install the softtware for a new samsung mp3 player and after the installation is finished I get a severe pop up box which says that regdll.dll is missing. Anyone know how vcan rectify this irritating glitch

have you searched for and replaced that Dll from disk or software?

I have searched for the dll, found it, thought it had downloaded as a zip file but it hadn't. I thought it would be a question of downloading the dll, but it clearly isn't
