GeForceFX gfx card problems

Was a happy bunny aquired myself a new GFX card (GeForce 5200 128mb) put it in the AGP slot installed the drivers..and it goes wrong from there.

Specs:

Amd Duron 800
Win XP SP2
512Mb Ram
SiS Motherboard

Problem:

Theres Three IRQ conflicts between the GFX card and the AGP processor.

Do you have onboard graphics?

...If so, ensure that you have disabled onboard graphics in your BIOS, and if applicable, that AGP graphics has been set as primary.

Tried, have two options "onboard AGP" or "PCI" nothing else in bios
