I am currently in the market for building a new relatively good gaming PC. These are the parts I am about to order. I just want to know if this setup will all me to play all the latest games at MAX settings with no lag.

Thats it. I was wondering if there are any alterations that should be made? I'm amenable to all suggestions.

All help is GREATLY appreciated. Again, this is my first time building my PC, so I need help.

everything looks great.

you do know that core 2 duo (conroe) is being released in the upcoming days? for the same price, you can get a much better intel build. if you really wanna stick to AMD, you should wait anyways because AMD plans on cutting prices on their chips to stay competitive with intel.

I have a budget of about 1000-1300usd, flexible a bit though. The current cost of all that is around 1390 (I downgraded to AMD 3800+ and one 320gb hard drive)

I was just looking through the forums and saw another thread from a guy asking about layouts for around 2000usd. I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to list a strictly gaming PC. Again, my budget is around 1300usd. I would prefer not to wait too long on the release of new parts because I need a new computer ASAP. Thanks!

That's just the machine... not including the input devices... monitor, keyboard/mouse, etc..

Of course this is just an example... :)

Will that system be able to run such games as F.E.A.R and Oblivion and World of Warcraft at max settings with not lag or spaz?
