okay yea

check out the AM2 asus mobo it is sexy yes its nvidia but yea the onboard heatpipes look bada55 and do the job. i have the x-fire 939 and I should have went for the am2... definately try and get a 4400+ better clock speeds at a minimal price.

and for anyone wondering "Why Am2 with Conroe on the way?" my answer is my budget. For me it is hard to pass up the price drops next week.

Jus an idea here, but AMD is dropping prices in an effort to MATCH Intel, not really beat it. And the AMD processors that will be competing with Intel will be matched in price, not necessarily in performance. For example, a $183 1.86GHz Intel E6300 which can OC to 2.94GHz on air would be hard for AMD to match.
