no sound after installing xp

Have you added an add on video card since you bought the machine?

If not I still need your full model number but This link is for the UK model. do all the updates. If it is the UK model then it is ati express 200 onboard graphics

i installed that but now my graphics are messed up my screen is like a faded white colour and has been like that since last night i think they may have been the wrong drivers what do i do to fix it?
