Hello I was wondering if someone could tell me what file to edit to edit the "Powered by vBulletin Version 3.5.4" on the bottom of the vBulletin forums? I want to move it and/or edit it in the future and I would like to know how. I have posted this in the vBulletin forums but no one has answered me yet. Please if someone could help me out that would be wonderful.

Aso I forgot to add I am also haveing problems with adding a skin to vBulletin. I have uploaded it to the program and I see it but I do not know how to make it the defult skin? Can someone also informeme about how to do this?
