Phase change is pretty dangerous, but ln2 isnt that bad, as long as your not dumb with it.

BTW, i forgot to mention Dry Ice. Anyway, yes phase change/DIce is dangerous, unless you're very careful and make sure you know what you're doing. Definitely not something to dink around with.
