Sharing permissions in 2000 Server

I am running a terminal server with windows 2000 server. there are about 40 client machines and they way we share files is from one computer to the other. Until now we have not used the server for file sharing. I want to know if there is a way to share the folder and allow access from anybody who wants to log in. Even if they dont have a user account setup on the server. I wanna give unrestricted access to anybody that trys logging in. Right now i have to specify a user name and password everytime i try accessing the folder from a client computer.

Add the "Everyone" group to the sharing tab and security tab.

I did that already. The problem is most the users arent there. Its only the users that are already listed. i was wondering if there was a way of doing it without listing all the users. some kind of anonymous login.

Are they in a domain or workgroup?
