she doesn't have to loose the music and stuff... does her computer already have multiple partitions? If so... Move all of the data you want to save to a partition that is not C... Then you can format the C partition, re-install windows and when youÂ’re up and running again... all of her data will be on the other drive... completely intact.

yeah she has 2 HDD and everythign is so mixed its jsut not worth it but it runs very well now faster then it ever has due to OCing but i just want the procces list to be around 17/18 why is it so high with nothign on startup except the nividia drivers/software?
